  • What types of memberships are available?
    Monthly memberships Day passes Junior memberships Discounts for Blue Light (please contact branch)
  • Do you have an App?
    We have a custom branded app which you can download on both Apple and Android.
  • How do I sign up for a membership?
    Visit the gym in person Sign up online via our app/website
  • Can juniors use the gym all the time?
    No, juniors can only access the gym between the hours of 5am-5pm Monday - Friday and 5am10pm Saturday & Sunday. Juniors are unable to book/ join in with classes Juniors may be asked to leave if they are in the building outside of their allocated times.
  • Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
    You can freeze your membership anytime, for a period of up to 3 months. Please contact a member of staff if you’d like to do so.
  • What are the gym’s hours of operation?
    Our opening hours are 4am - 10pm Monday - Sunday Bank holiday hours will vary. Keep an eye on our website for change of hours
  • Where do I park?
    We have 11 allocated slots outside of the gym (look out for our logo above the bays). Anytime before 7am or after 5:30pm, "SUGOI CAMPER" spots may be used if all other spaces are taken. If these spaces are taken, please follow the video below for our overflow car park!
  • Are personal trainers available?
    Yes, we have a selection of in-house trainers who deliver Personal Training sessions. Check out our trainers under the “who we are” section of the website.
  • What amenities can I expect?
    Showers and changing rooms Lockers Water fountain
  • What Train Yard expects from you?
    Wipe down equipment after use Re-rack weights Limit time on machines during peak hours Respect others’ personal space Be polite and friendly towards other members Park within our bays Keep the gym clean and tidy
